Commission accrues from your first attributed subscription, but no commission is payable until both of these complete and the six release conditions clear under Compliance. Registration itself earns nothing.

You introduce; the firm advises and decides. The firm serves each investor the fee and conflict disclosure at the points the rules require, and records it.
